Log a grating

Pick the mould — target height fills in from Masters. Contractor & size are chosen manually.
No moulds defined yet. Open Masters to add moulds (mould no → target height).
Records which resin mixing batch this grating was moulded from — for traceability.

QC checkpoint

Mark Rejected — scrap only if the panel cannot be used at all. A panel that fails QC but can be fixed stays Usable / rework — it will show as REWORK automatically.
Height tolerance comes from Masters.

A panel passes only if every QC value is within limits and all 6 height points are within ± tolerance of the mould's target height. The scrap % limit drives the grating contractor settlement; alert thresholds drive the Alerts tab (pultrusion wastage uses the wastage limit).

Pultrusion — Wastage Agreement

Wastage % = total wastage kg ÷ good production kg × 100. One combined limit across all five wastage types.
Allowed wastage (% of good production)%
